7.) Exercised (I signed up for classes to keep the intensity high)
8.) I often just picked up a salad and drank tea / water

It was constant self discipline because I wanted to give my 100% percent! It would be messed up to be unprofessional especially when everyone else was extremely professional. I was happy that they were able to tell I took care of myself in preparation for this shoot. Their professionalism made everything go very smoothly. Thanks for choosing me!
