Home made blueberry cheesecake with macadamia graham cracker crust

It took me three hours to complete this, but I had a lot of fun making it. I don't have a food processor, so I had to smash them up with something hard. Haha.. the nuts were harder to break apart, but the graham crackers were easy to smash. I used vanilla extract instead of lemon juice, so hopefully that turned out well. I can't wait to bake some more! :D 

Some incident happened.... I will blog about it later. Sniff.
