Chanel LES BEIGES Healthy Glow Sheer Color N 23 Stick Review

I tried this exact color applied to me when I was in Japan. I really liked the way it looked on my face.
The MUA used her finger to blend the color and it gave me a natural glow. My mac color is NC 20 and on the neutral / cooler side. I have combination skin, so I wasn't so sure if the texture of stick would be too heavy on me. However, it felt just fine!
 The standard sleek chanel packaging.
I have to admit this color reminds me of Nars' "Orgasm" powdered blush which I own. There is some shimmer as you an see. I didn't blend this at all and this was applied directly onto my skin. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a blush with a subtle glow that you don't mind blending with your finger(s). The price is $45 USD which might be a turn off for some.

VCA PIZZA

I am using the chanel lip liner in NATURAL. I LOVE it and it is very subtle yet makes my lips pop! It's better than WHIRL by MAC for my NC 20 skin tone. It doesn't appear as a harsh line on my lips and it outlines it in a natural way. If you outline it right, it will make them look slightly bigger if that's the look you're going for. ;) This comes with a sharpener too.
 Tom Ford candles smelled pretty

COLAUP IS probably my fav cola gummy candy and he knew it LOL

I really wanted to LOVE THIS ONE... =( Ultracor has really cool gym clothes, but this one was quite scratchy.

THREE Complete Harmony Foundation Review

81% naturally derived ingredients for this foundation according to their official site. I might've written a review on this already, but I want to write an update on it again! This is probably one of my fav foundations because of how natural it looks on my skin and doesn't cake over my skin like many other foundations I've tried. I am a NC20 and have combination skin where my T zone can get oily. This foundation's coverage is medium and buildable. Less is more for this foundation. I first tried this foundation in Hong Kong and got it in SOGO. It was very humid there and this foundation held up really well under those conditions. I think the finish might look even better if I mix it with a little moisturizer. I got matched to color 202. I was using FENTY beauty foundation which is great, but not as good as this THREE foundation. Fenty is definitely on the thicker and heavier side. My only complaint is the not so convenient packaging. I dip a q tip in it and swirl it around in order to mix it before applying it onto my face. I don't double dip and it'll be annoying to do it while traveling. I tried THREE Angelic Symbiosis Foundation because of my pleasant experience with this foundation; however, I disliked it and threw it away after a few uses. It looked so cakey and heavy on my face.

"SPF35/PA+++ UV absorber-free
Free from parabens, synthetic perfumes, organic dyes, animal-derived ingredients, and mineral oils.

This foundation stretches out like a yogini while its moisture adds to the skin’s firmness.
The creamy liquid foundation makes its debut, keeping makeup on any expressive face.
Covering up the signs of aging that bother you, it blends well with the skin to bring out a firm, natural finish all day.
The moisture-rich texture, like a skin care product, allows you to reapply your makeup as much as you like.
Controlling the coverage strength, it completes the beauty of “polished, bare skin” instead of “skin covered with makeup.”
Utilizing the light reflected off clear pearls, it creates airy ageless expressions." - Copied from THREE's website.

M Magic Cushion Moisture SPF50+/PA+++ Review

 From Missha's official site:

"Recommended for :
- those looking for a moisturizing cushion makeup
- those wanting to create a moist, radiant, and vitalized complexion
- those needing coverage for dull complexion in addition to moisture

1. Moist & Vitalized Skin
Contains 3 types of flower water (lotus water, cornflower water, damask rose water) to provide hydration for moist and vitalized skin

2. Forms Hydrating Layer on Skin
Contains 3 flower oils (evening primrose oil, safflower seed oil, sunflower seed oil) to form a layer on the skin to help control oil-water balance and prevent loss of moisture

3. Radiant Skin Effect
Contains Photo-Well Blurring Powder to correct dull complexion and create bright, radiant skin"

-------------------------------------------------

I was drawn to this product by its packaging, and I have to admit I have a bit surprised by how radiant my face looked. I have combination skin and NC 20, so I picked "natural #23" instead of "brightening #21". The color seemed fine to me under natural light. I have to admit this felt heavy on my skin, but it did make my skin look very moisturized and a bit oily looking after 4 hours. I was in Japan when I used this, so I needed the extra moisture and I was out on the street for 10 hours. Therefore, I really needed to blot my face and touch up frequently with this product. This product broke me out in Japan because it felt a bit heavy on my skin and I was out for about 10 hours. However, I gave this product another shot in the US and it didn't break me out. I was also only out for 4 hours instead of 10 hours. It still felt "heavy" or made my face feel oily really quickly. I got it for around 1000 yen which is around 9 bucks, so it wasn't too bad. I think I will use this on days when my skin is extremely dry and the staying power of this isn't great. It does rub off easily, but it might be because I have oily skin! This isn't the greatest product for people with combination or oily skin, but it does look good on the skin. It does give the skin a very moist and radiant complexion. The coverage is also medium and doesn't look cakey.

FENTY BEAUTY Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation Review

I don't normally go crazy over celebrity products, but I was interested after reading the reviews and learning about the hype. I have combination skin and I can get dry very easily depending on the weather. I also can get oily easily which makes it a bit hard to find the right foundation! I am NC 20 normally, and I went with the shade 190. The shade seems okay until I am under natural light and it looks bit darker and orange-ish from oxidation. It seems like I will have to get a lighter shade. The texture is creamy and MAKE SURE YOU SHAKE IT WELL. I've read that this is crucial if you want your foundation to blend well from the reviews on Sephora. The coverage is medium for sure. It doesn't have a scent, so that's another plus.

Pro:
- A large variety of colors
- Medium coverage
- Matte
- Sleek bottle design
- Nice pump bottle

Con:
- Oxidizes easily
- Requires good blending for the most natural look

 Redness and veins

Viola... I didn't blend it well, but this is only from one layer.

Opera Sheer Lip Color 203 Pink Apricot Gloss Review Japan

This sheer gloss has been highly reviewed and many has sold in Asia and Japan. For its glossiness and buttery texture on the lips. The texture and glossiness reminds me of Maquillage's Dramatic Rouge Lipstick, but with LESS color.
It is a good addition to my travel makeup pouch because I won't have to have a lipgloss and lipstick at the same time. For almost 900 yen, this is not a bad lipstick / gloss to have in your collection. It is very moisturizing with a HINT of color. I'd give the sheerness level is 30%. Glossiness level is probably 60-70%. It is NOT sticky at all.
A chart of their colors. I personally like nude or light pink lips!

This is definitely the higher end version of this lipstick and with more color.

Sailor Moon Miracle Romance Rainbow Spiral Heart Makeup Brush Review

Spiral Heart Moon Rod from the Sailor Moon S anime series. In case you didn't know, Sailor Uranus and Neptune are my favs and they first appeared in Sailor Moon S. Therefore, I went with this instead of the moon one.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this rod. The brush itself is made from synthetic material. It felt good enough on the skin. Overalll, I am very satisfied with this purchase. Haha, I couldn't skip this one because it looks so pretty!

For $38 bucks on yesstyle, it is not such a bad deal! I mean mac brushes are almost the same price, but without all the fancy packaging. This brush really is too pretty to be used daily!

Manara BB Liquid Bar review

I had a good experience with their hot cleansing gel, so I decided to try some of their other products. I have COMBINATION skin. This will probably remind you of the Shiseido sunscreen foundation stick in terms of its size. The formula is surprisingly SMOOTH and CREAMY even when it is in bar form. I was very SHOCKED by how easily this glided onto my skin. This felt super moisturizing and slightly heavy for my combination skin. I would definitely recommend this to people who have DRY skin or during the winter where your skin gets more dry. My skin color is NC 20 - NC 25, and this was a perfect match for me. I purchased the standard color from amazon. It felt creamier than any cream foundation I have used in the past which includes Shiseido, Za and Mac. The staying power wasn't as good as I'd like it to be on my combination skin. My skin got oily pretty quickly while I had this product on my skin. Disclaimer: This product was purchased by me.

BURBERRY Cashmere Soft Matte Foundation review

I got the shade called "Ochre Nude No. 12" and I am usually a NC20 - NC25 during the summer. I purchased this simply because it had high reviews, and because it has NO paraben, sulfates and phthalates. This foundation's shade was a bit too light for me, but the texture was smooth and controlled my oily skin pretty well. The coverage is medium to high and build-able. I liked the coverage it provided and the texture of this foundation for my combination skin. I just needed a slightly darker shade. I didn't detect any scent, which is another plus. The staying power was pretty good, but definitely better with a good setting powder. Lastly, it offers SPF 20 and the box tells you to reapply it every few hours. SPF 20 is suffice for daily wear, however you will probably need to wear something stronger underneath if you plan to be out in the sun for awhile. This also didn't feel heavy on my face. Overall, a pretty good foundation from my perspective. This is priced at $52 for 1oz.
